2. What data we process and why

Service bookings and inquiries

When you send us a service booking via the form or an inquiry by e-mail, we process the name of your clinic, the contact person's name, e-mail address and information about the instruments and your request. We use this data to handle your request, arrange a date and prepare a quote.

The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract and performing a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in communicating with business partners (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). No consent is required.

Website operation

Our hosting provider may keep technical access logs (e.g. IP address and time of visit) for a short period for security and operational purposes, based on our legitimate interest.

3. How long we keep data

For as long as needed to handle your request and for the duration of our business relationship. We keep correspondence for no longer than 3 years after the last contact, unless laws (e.g. accounting and tax regulations) require a longer period.

4. Who receives the data

We do not sell your data or share it for marketing purposes. Only our service providers for website and e-mail operation (web hosting, e-mail services and Web3Forms, which delivers the service form to our e-mail) may access it, and only to the extent necessary.

You have the right to access, rectify or erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object to processing. Just write to .

6. Cookies

This website does not use cookies or any analytics or advertising tools. Fonts and images are served from our own server; nothing is sent to third parties.

We only store your chosen language (CZ/EN) and whether you have already seen the intro animation in your browser. This data stays in your browser, is never sent anywhere and is strictly necessary for a feature you requested, so no consent is needed. You can delete it at any time in your browser settings.

Should we start using analytics or marketing tools in the future, we will ask for your consent first.
